The laser welding technique lets to add metal on exactly in the areas where needed without overheating and damaging the rest of a part. A hardness of the welded area in steel is adjustable from 30 to 60 HRC upon request. Copper alloys like Ampcoloy or Moldmax can also be successfully welded.
